1. Shipping Delays:

  • While the US Postal Service occasionally faces delays, our delivery estimates are based on the "best case scenario," subject to change due to weather and operational factors.
  • For expedited delivery, we recommend Priority or Express mail. However, kindly note that delivery speed is not guaranteed and may vary based on weather and shipping carrier schedules.

2. Shipping Policy:

  • Please provide accurate name and shipping address details before finalizing your order.
  • In case of gift orders, include the recipient's name and shipping address.
  • Our shipping labels rely on the information provided during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, re-shipping costs, or losses arising from incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Orders over $75 include signature delivery, and any "return to sender" situations incur re-shipping costs.

3. Return Policy:

  • Refunds or replacements are available for incorrect or damaged items. Verification photos are required within 2 days of delivery.
  • Eligible items for return must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.
  • Pre-paid return labels are provided with a $5.95 fee, deducted from the refund amount. At present, exchanges are not facilitated; customers are encouraged to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
  • For specific concerns, please contact us through our Contact Page. Notably, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for Discounted items, candles, gift boxes, and bath & body products.

4. Insured Delivery:

  • Preserve all packaging and damaged goods for insurance claims. Submit photos of the damaged product and shipping package.
  • Buyers must complete an insurance claim form before a refund is processed.

5. Missing/Stolen Packages:

  • We are not liable for stolen packages. Refunds or replacements are not provided at our expense for missing or stolen packages with tracking marked as "Delivered."
  • Buyers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. In the event of a discrepancy, buyers should contact their local post office for assistance.

6. International Orders:

  • Most items are anticipated to arrive within 1-2 months for international orders, unless Priority or Express Mail is selected.
  • Delays are common during international transit due to customs inspections. Buyers are responsible for taxes, duties, and customs fees.
  • International orders are considered FINAL SALE, with no option for return, exchange, or refund.
